Retro Fit TV Tuner

I have an e92 2007 with the smaller nav screen. I was wondering is it possible to make a tv tuner work for this application?

I was thinking it may be possible to get a donor tuner from another 07 e92 and flash the hard drive with the existing code from a car that has the tuner?

Is there a better way?

Links or personal experience would be great.

this is possible but you should know , what tv standard and encoding used in broadcast and what standard and encoding supported by module
