Replacement parts for broken off mirror

Hey guys, some A-HOLE broke off my mirror. I am trying to fix it without buying a new one.

Car: 2011 328 xdrive Sedan. Power folding mirrors, heated mirrors, auto dimming.

I found the following on eBay

Seems to me that it is the broken part that I need. Do you think I'll be able to transfer over the mirror to it?

Is that part itself any different for power folding mirrors?

Part turned out to be for E92 and not compatible. Any ideas how I can get this fixed cheap-ish?
