Who sells CPO?

So my friend bought a VW and bought the full extended warranty through this guy online at invoice pricing. It is fully covered by VW and legit.

Does anyone know of this for BMW? I am looking to buy a car from a dealership, but it isn't CPO'd unless I wanted to buy the extended warranty. But they want to charge $2500-3000 for it.

Anyone know of a place I can get it cheaper? A legit BMW CPO warranty? Not some 3rd party.

Find one that was sold as a CPO. It should show in the Carfax.

Best bet is to call around and see which one offers the best deal. I looked into buying a extended warranty on a NON CPO and it was going to run me $3300. IIRC it was the gold "warranty" that covered everything for 7 years.

Call around to BMW dealerships, whether in state or out of state. Get quotes from everyone and buy the cheapest one. You can do it over the phone.

Jeff Steel at Passport BMW gave me a great price on the BMW EVP - the BMW extended warranty program.

BMW CPO does NOT cover as much as some third party warranties. I had the option to CPO my car for about $3k, but instead I purchased one from CCC, Continuous Customer Care which is backed by Toyota. It was cheaper and covered more than the BMW CPO offered. The cost was $2.4k for 2 years/24k miles and the warranty has covered a VANOS replacement as well as TWO valve cover gaskets and an oil housing gasket. All repairs were done at an Indy shop, except the first valve cover gasket that BMW Darien butchered which cause the other issues that had to be repaired by the Indy.

Route 66 is also a fan favorite on the BMW boards.
