Bouncy rears after coilovers 20k

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but my rears are bouncy as hell. Not sure what the hell to do right now.. I'm thinking I might of installed them wrong but I brought it to the shop and they're saying it's because of the pre load. Can any help a brother out?

What coilovers did you put on your car? I know some brands tend to be bouncier than others.

Broadway static coilovers 20k 5 inch springs

probably a blown shock or you're too low and that damping is way to low for the effective spring rate.
