Where to buy quality extended wheel bolts

So I managed to snap one of my wheel bolts

I normally use my neighbours torque wrench but he was not around that day. Putting that to one side I suspect the quality of the bolts was not that good. I got them from the company that supplied the spacers.

I’d like to make sure I get a set of good quality replacements.

I’m using 12mm spacers, so M12x1.5 Bolt 17 Hex 39mm Cone. Ideally black.

Any suggestions?

I've bought mine from Elite-D. Speak to Steve. They've held up well for the past year.
