what does "will ship" mean?

I am newer of forum. I saw there are some car is selling here. I am confused about when I clicked the thread, a "will ship" in green font shows up. what does that mean? and how it process?

It means they will ship the car to you if you are interested and want to purchase it. Will more than likely have an extra fee if you do go that route as shipping isn't free.
