The ones you listed there are pretty much guaranteed to be dimmer than stock.

Only way to avoid that is not use LED or code out the bulb check.
I have a Pre-LCI 07 E92 with Depo Euro LCI tail lights. I think they are a newer version because the two main housings have 3 big black boxes one them (resistors I think). Installed those with no errors whatsoever so I did not code my car. To the point, I installed some LCI reverse LEDS in them. They have no errors either. The left tail light flickers during startup only and the right does not. I thought there was something wrong with the bulb but from what you stated it sounds like there may not be something wrong with them. I figured there was because only one bulb did it. I figured it was the bulb check but my thought was it isn't supposed to do that because they are error free LEDS??

Only thing that makes LED's error free is enough resistance to not trigger the on board computer error.

All LED will pulsate unless coded to not do a cold and warm bulb check, even if labeled "Error Free".

The Error Free is in reference to the on board computer error.

Pulsating at the bulb check is technically not an error, it's just part of the bulb check system doing it's job.

I have my current vehicle coded. So I left the cold checks on but have the warm checks off.
