Need help with a purchase

Hi Guys,

Today I sold my E90 2007 bmw 328i and I am planning to buy 2015 BMW 328i. It has sports packgae, Navigation, driver assistant package and driver assistance plus package. Need help with it guys..

1. My current offer is 39K, Please let me know if this is a decent offer or is it overpriced for a 2015 model
2. What are my options for extended Warranty ?
3.Where can i get one for cheap ?
4. What are the terms and price options ?

When I looked around that's like the cheapest one with the fewest amount of miles. It doesn't seem like a bad offer. That's this one right?

Garage List
If you're buying brand new you can just buy the BMW dealer's extended.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe with a new car still covered by factory warranty that you can extend it anytime up until the factory warranty lapses...meaning you don't have to buy it right now at the time of vehicle purchase.
