Fixing E92 headlight wobble
...what an absolute cnut of a job to fix!
Front inner wheel arches off, front bumper off, headlight mounts off, headlights split from the headlight mounts, the ability to contort yourself in to some utterly ridiculous shapes to get at the bolts to fix the new brackets to the car. I reckon t'd be easier to resolve on a non-335i car, because of the lack of oil cooler and headlight washers (they're a b1tch, too), but byGod, i won't be doing that again. Took about 4hours all-in-all. There are no pictures - I'd have probably committed suicide having to stop and take pictures too. |

You're doing it wrong. Just drill a hole and now there will be not much a can of polyurethane foam can't fix

you sound like my brother-in-law. He recommended expanding foam through one of the parking sensor holes, haha!
