I have a question about a damaged runflat tire.

Here's a picture of the tire. There are two spots where the tire was punctured. They are somewhat deep but do not go all the way through. Just the outer rubber of the tire is ripped. Is this tire okay to drive on? Can those ripped pieces just be glued?

Not really safe. Specially on high speed.
