Only part i dont believe can be coded is the shift light portion

Can't code in the DCT lights as unless you have a DCT transmission, you don't have the hardware needed to make the lights work.

OP's price is spot on (I already have one in my car or would be interested). Need to blank out the VIN on the EEPROM (requires a EEPROM programmer). Must be coded to car via NCS Expert via Expertmodus.

You CAN NOT USE THIS CLUSTER UNLESS YOU PROGRAM THE EEPROM. Won't work right without being coded to the car and can't code to it with a VIN mismatch, which is what the EEPROM programing fixes. Period, end of story.
