SES Light. misfires?

Went to start my car at my job, didnt let warm up so it was still hesitating from the cold start. I had to move it so i didnt have time to let it warm up and i put in in drive and moved a few feet and the ses light came on. Parked somewhere else and turned the car off. went back later and the light was still on. next day i drove to new york city from virginia and it drove just perfect there and back. had time last night to take to my mechanic and read the codes, as i started my car up, no more light. i take it there anyway figuring the codes were still stored, and his computer read misfires in several cylinders. I have added a picture of his computer screen i took. the car has been driving fine since then.

What could be the cause of this and what does anyone recommend i do now so i wont have problems in the future?

Most common cause of misfires: plugs, coils, injectors. I would start in that order. Swap coils to see if the misfires follows.

The ECU has to detect a series of multiple misfires before it will trigger the SES light and store a code. It sounds like it was a temporary thing related to a cold engine and fuel delivery. Don't worry about it. If it is a coil, plug, or injector going bad, then it will show up and keep the SES light lit, then you can diagnose it.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
