Broadway static coilovers help!

Anyone with knowledge about Broadway static coilovers can you please help me out? I'm not sure if I'm setting this up right for my rears. And pictures or videos could you please send them my way. I been struggling with this for months now and can't seem to figure it out. My ride is way too harsh and I'm asking people about it and they're telling me it's maybe how I set it up. 20k in the rears and some people are running higher than that. Please any info helps.

Make sure you have preload set correctly.

I'm not quite sure how to do that or how much I should preload it.

20k is pretty harsh for daily driving but some people prefer that. I'm sure you know the lower you go the more ride quality you're sacrificing.

Call Fortune/Broadway on how.

Ill try to explain it.

With the rear end jacked up and wheels off.Spin the strut adjustment to make the strut longer(spin down). Do this until the spring is loose and has 0 preload. Measure the length of your spring. Now Spin the strut to make it shorter until the spring is now 1/4" shorter(spin up).

I spoke to them and they told me the same thing. I'm starting to think its the 20k right now. I would like it too if the road in Texas were smooth but it's all bumpy everywhere.

If you adjust preload wrong in rear, you can end up without enough shock travel and basically be bottoming out all the time. But with a 20K spring rate, that's more likely your problem. Any reason you're running that high? Aggressive wheels?

That's what they told me to go with. Just regular style 95 all around
