I have a e90 Lci, if I buy an mtech front bumper, do i need to buy new guides?

If your car didn't come from the factory with M Sport front, then yes you will need to get the m sport fender liners, and few other misc parts for proper installation as the holes are in different places on the non M Sport liners vs M Sport.

now Im confused. My car came with the ZSP package. Looking at ordering an mtech front bumper from the link posted or similar. Should bolt right up correct ?

most come with the under tray filler too.
mine did.

i myself went with the m3 replica. i couldnt be happier. i was going to go with amuse replica bumper but had a hard time locating a place to purchase it, and i liked how just the basic replica m3 bumper could have a carbon lip go all the way accross

I got an msport (mtech) front bumper from modification-bargains and it didn't come with the filler under tray filler. Does anyone have a part number or a picture of what it looks like? I need one, because my bumper is just hanging and is not screwed in at the front.

You need to call the place you bought it from or check if their is another filler under tray part # for the msport and buy that part.
