Procede vs Xede
From user experience which one is more reliable (less likely to cause engine lights to come up), provides more power, and easier to install/uninstall?

From my experience i have AA xede...it is a great product, a little more conservative than the procede v2 map, but more reliable in my opinion/ Ive had no problems with this tune since day one, No errors, no limps, no hiccups. Ive heard procede still has some issues but performance is optimal amongst piggybacks. There are lots of piggybacks out now so u should do searches and read up on them. Other companies are Dinan, JB2HR(Juice box), SSTT(Split Second Turbo tuner), Helix Attache(coming soon i think)
Price wise dinan is most at 2k, Procede and AA are at 1k-1300 i beleive, and JB and SSTT are lots cheaper arond 350-500 i thnk. Eache ssytem has its benefits and downfalls. U need to decide which factors of power, reliability, customer service, easy installation and removal, warranty, or price is important to you. These questions come up alot so veterans here are getting a little ansy. Being new u need to learn to search your questions before asking them...ive learned mostly everything you want to know has been asked before. Good luck and dont let party poopers ruin your 335i fun. welcome.

Plus have met the guys from AA and am super impressed. AA Xede doesn't get as much play in these forums as the others, but you cannot find a bad word about it. The red AA 335i they have fully modded is an absolute bomb to drive - mind-boggling torque - and almost all its added go comes from their Xede module (17 added HP from their SS exhaust, but suspect that doesn't show till top of power band). |

hey guys, what is pROCEDE?
..... Just kidding! Yeah bro it's best if you do a search. There are tons of threads with great info on this topic that might help you more than just determine what is what. BTW Xede was made by same guy. Then a later version was created called PROcede. Now the Xede was taken and...... Ok check out the search bro! GL

IMO, wait for Helix Attache, the compare. It seem very promising, at the end you have more options to choose from. I went with Pv1. and never have a problem with it (waiting for v2).
Pv2 and HA, are the ones with the more features currently. Pv2 is on production, while Helix Attache is still under development-going-into-production soon. they all have similar installs, but from what i have read, the procede install is a little harder: JB2-Xede-HA-Procede form easy to difficult. power wise: 1) Procede V2 - king of king 2) HA - Recently dyno'd - very close to v2's power 3 ) Xede - Very decent 4)JB2 - Very decent - specially for its price. hope my post save you some time.
