Another overheating weird issue E90 325

I've been searching for a while and I couldn't find this same issue:

This is my daily driven car, and cooling works fine with no issues when I have the temp control in cool, but, if I turn the heater on, it will sooner or later get overheated. Only when heater is on, even if you choose 1 degree higher it will overheat.
I've been monitoring the temperature with the hidden menu on the cluster, and when I see it quickly goes up I just turn it off, select cool temperature and turn it on, and the temp gets normal again.
I've driven it for long trips (4 or 5 hours) and no issues even with a/c on having the temp control in cool.

It has 130xxx kms (78xxx miles) on the clock, that points to be the water pump and thermostate, but I want to make sure that will fix the problem.

Any experience with this case?

Tnx..!!
