Warranty Work Headlights

Has anyone had any warranty work done on their Headlight?

One of my headlights has partially failed - the led angel eyes and eye brow bit. I think it's been exposed to excessive water due to all the rain we have had. I've got the fully comp mondial warranty.

You'll be lucky - the Mondial warranty doesn't cover water ingress. Been there, tried that with trying to get the rear lights on my E89 replaced. Wouldn't have it.

I've not told my dealer I think it's failed due to water/condensation in the headlight. I was just wondering if anyone had a similar experience as I don't know how this is happening? Water must be getting in somewhere though.

I'm going to full dry the headlight out and then drop it off at the dealer and see what they say.

I take it you mean the car and not the headlight on it's own? They'll freak out if you turn up with a headlight, hahah!

Update - dropped the car off at my dealer, all work will be covered under warranty. New headlight will be fitted next week. Just have to pay my excess
