had these about two weeks ago cleared them and they never came back.

4D16 DENOx system efficiency
4BF0 NOx sensor after DENOx CAT signal NOx.

anyone every had the same situation?

I have had two post SCR sensors replaced due to these faults.

I've had them. Note that the SCR efficiency is tested only after a DPF regen. And if it passes the next regen it won't come back.
