Headrest dvd's
Im after getting some dvd's in the headrests of my lci e90
What are my options? Ideally would like to go oem so the dvd in the cic plays through the speakers and headrest screens. I know they do the tablet style dvd players that attach to the headrests but they then need headphones and both my kids hate them, also looks very nice for someone to have a go at breaking in and stealing them Reece

Yeh see that earlier, problem is now is i think the lci has active head restraints so in an accident these are no good

I looked in to this a few years ago & because of the active headrests never went any further, I guess a auto electrician could fit some to your exisiting headrests? i started looking for a second set to have it done to but no joy

My E90 came with these, the make of the kit is Veda, two screens in the back, wireless headphones and a DVD player under the passenger seats. We don't use it so I've disconnected the DVD player, but the screen install is pretty discreet, you can't see any wires going up to the screens etc. Plus we have privacy glass so if you looked into the car, you wouldn't notice it straight away.
I'll try and get some pictures if its still light when I get home. |
