Removing Leather seat covers off Sport Seats

Does anyone know how to remove the leather seat cover off of the front sport seats? ( In this case e92 sport seats) I've looked online, but can't seem to find any DIY's or instructions on how to do so. the Stitching on my passenger side seat near the inflatable side bolsters has come undone and the shop I brought it to wants to charge me an arm and a leg just to get the cover off. Any help would be appreciated! I just don't want to break/snap anything that I don't have to. Thanks

If someone can point me in the right direction and I figure it out, I would be happy to create an extensive DIY with lots of pictures

I don't have any pics, but it's not terribly difficult.

For the back portion:

There are two plastic retaining clips on the bottom of the back of the seat, which hold in the seat back cover. Removal will likely destroy them, but they're cheap at the dealer. Easier to just snip them and be done with it. Cover will then come off in a rotating motion, exposing the inside of the seat. There are bolts attaching the seat back to the seat bottom located at the base/rear of bottom seat. I believe it's a torqx, but not sure of the size. From there it's just prying off the seat cover using a trim removal tool to unhinge the plastic strip.

For the bottom portion. There are hidden screws and clips inside the plastic trim surround on the bottom. Take your time and figure out where they are and how they want to come out. You can pull fairly hard on it without breaking the trim in order to figure out how they want to come out, but you must get the clips to release. The hardest part is the front thigh bolster. There is a catch on the inside, near the teeth for the lock. These need to be removed in order to get the leather off the main portion of the bottom, as they are bolted in. I ended up snapping one of them to figure out how it works. If you do, it's not the end of the world. Bolster will still work, but will not stop at the end of the track, so you'll need to keep it from slipping off. I recommend doing this to the drivers side if you do not plan on replacing it.

Thank you! I'll give this a shot today and try to figure it out!
