Temperature for Installing CF Spoiler?

I have a carbon fiber spoiler waiting to be installed on my E92. I'm planning on using the 3M Adhesive Tape, but on the back of the tape it says to use in temperatures 65 degrees fahrenheit or above. Is it necessary for the outside air temperature to be around this for the tape to adhere at maximum strength and to work properly? If so, it seems like the spoiler won't be going on until late Spring.

Yes. I would wait if I were you or use a hair dryer to heat the bonding surfaces if you can't wait

Find a heated garage and let it sit overnight.

I wish I could...everyone I know doesn't have a heated garage. Guess I'll just have to be patient for now.
