So I retired my previous vehicle (post 2008) and attempted to add my 335i - the car was created and all text/stats were posted fine, but any images I added never showed up?

I've attempted to edit and re-add the images multiple times but I only get the grey default 'user' image. My images are all under 150k and less than the requested 1300px/1100px w/h - not sure if it's a read/write error or what?

Has anyone else been able to add images to their garage recently?
