Best place other than RockAuto for injectors?
I'm getting misfires on cold starts that go away after 10 minutes or so of driving so I assume my injectors need to be replaced. Where is the best place to buy them from? RockAuto never has them in stock.

I had bought my first 3 from rockauto @ $122/ea and then a few weeks later I managed to get 3 for $132/ea. That was after they increased price to $180. They had dropped it as soon as I got those 3 and it went back up to $180, haven't seen it cheaper on there since.

In case someone is looking for injectors, carid has them for the same price RockAuto has them for when they are in stock. CARid has them in stock right now.

I don't even know that they had them in stock. I purchased them right away when they were in stock and got an email saying they were on backorder until April 14. I think there's only one manufacturer of these injectors but they're sold under different brands. They're out of stock everywhere. Must be a lot of people having injector problems.

There were no decoupling rings. And I think the seals are already on them under the cap. I didn't take them off to look since you're not supposed to remove them until installation.
My local dealer has decouplers in stock though so I'm going to pick them up there. They probably have the seals in stock too so I may pick those up just in case. |
