just some more v2 concerns......

after my initial v2 install........i was in complete awe. id slam on the gas and i would be thrown back into my seat. after that initial drive i came back update to the latest software, and things arent the same. no more getting thrown back. i get limp mode all the time "even caused me to lose to a stock gt today"...

Was the map loading interrupted? Did you make sure the map was loaded successfully? I would retry putting the map onto the v2. Maybe it is adaptation time of the ECU or the user torque % is low. Also cheack to see you didn't enable the Valet mode.

Could be bad gas. Turbo engines don't like cheap gas. Suck it all up and then fill it with Shell V-Power or some good sunoco stuff and check the difference. Most places use cheap 93 which causes knock & timing retard.

That really doesn't give me much info. I don't know what you mean by limp "all the time." Literally all the time (right after start up) or just often (while driving). Either way, it sounds like the problem started after you did some software updates. Which would suggest that is what went wrong. All the maps we ever release incorporated just small changes. So if something feels or act very different, something else is going on.

Might want to try updating the map and firmware again and seeing if that solves the problem. If not, fill out a tech callback request from our website and one of us can call you and walk you through things.

Did you load the new map w/o updating the firmware? Just a thought....
