08 335xi w/ DCI and JB4 (w/ most recent firmware and default settings)

When throttle is 50% to wot I get an SES light and the car shutters. After pulling codes multiple times it's always a misfire on cyl 6 and 2d2e (angle of throttle valve - intake pipe under pressure). This is on either map 1 or map 5. I can clear codes and the car drives normally until I get on it. When stock the car runs great especially at wot.

This started out of nowhere. Prior to this the car was running great with jb4 active. This makes me think I should try replacing the spark plugs as they are pretty old. Might even be original (70k miles on them, 5k with jb4) I bought it used at 60k.

Any thoughts? I'm thinking start with plugs and go from there.
