Best bet would be Wagner since it is the closest to you (Germany)

Shipping an intercooler overseas is not that bad, i can give you an accurate shipping quote if i had your zip code
The mosselman tuning test found the wagner evo 1 actually worse than the standard cooler :S But of course they found their own cooler the best.

Ignore that test

it is very biased and completely not true (proven by thousands of customers who have this intercooler)

Lots of politics between the 2 companies (mosselman and Wagner). Their intercooler and article you sent a link to came after a drift in the business relationship between the 2.

I spoke with the founder of Wagner tuning about this article last week. Unfortunately i cannot post all the details about this for legal reasons.

Choosing and intercooler is a bit of a nightmare with so many options!

I am still leaning towards the mishimoto as I want oem connections and no cutting, and its a good price too. Oh and I live in Scotland so it doesnt ever get very hot so I think it can cope! lol

If you want OEM connection, Mishimoto is the way to go.

Anything is better then the stock FMIC. Well almost anything except those cut rate ebay intercoolers. You get what you pay for with intercoolers under $400

I was surprised how cheap they are on ebay! Like £100, so cheap.
I wonder if they are worse than stock?

There Ebay intercoolers are laughable. The external fin pack and core is garbage. There was a thread in the past month or so where someone took pictures and you could see right through the core into the guys living room.

A proper core won't allow any light to pass through. The more light that passes through, the more air that is passing through your intercooler and not extracting the heat out.

That's what separates a good intercooler core from bad and many don't realize the difference as they don't know what they are looking for.

Like I said before, you get what you pay for. We've had plenty of customers who dumped their cut rate intercooler for the quality ones.

If light can't pass though the intercooler how does air pass though in order to cool it? lol

I know you're exaggerating but made me lol.
