I need to know what the voltage is while the blower is one.

There are 3 wire that go into the blower connector, 2 large wires and 1 small wire.

Can someone measure the voltages on that connector with the HVAC blower controller on?

Wire 1 will be the line wire, the PWM wire
Wire 2 will be next to wire 1 but a space will be in between the two wires.
Wire 3 will be on the end.

I measured 14 v on wire 3, nothing on the other two.

My blower refuses to work.
