Northeast (Boston Metro) - help programming

Hi - just bought my 330xi and willing to pay small fee or maybe just meet new BMW enthusiasts in my area so we can work on stuff together.

I have a small garage. Let me know if you have the tool and we can perhaps do some programming and work on anything else you had in mind.

Thank you!

I've already got a couple of personal messages about this. Thank you.

I'm also simultaneously seeking someone with a similar car that we can tinker around with in the long-term. I'm thinking some maintenance, etc. Like a small club. Do we have a very many active ones around here that people actually meet at a garage and tinker?

I'm going to need front brakes soon (pads are fine though. Can I just change rotors? I don't think that's recommended), so eventually I'll tackle that one.
On my old '06 330xi, I did the rear brakes (rotors only I think) just before I sold the car, that worked out well.

peace

The local scene is not that active. Most people on here have the n54. Good luck.

Thanks, Torgus. I had one person reach out and we're trying to connect.

Having said that, if any E90 owners want to hang out, do small project let me know. I have a very small garage for minor jobs. Otherwise, it would have to be at your place and definitely willing to lend a hand where possible, learn something here and there.

Thanks!

We just did a Valve cover last sunday. I need to install my meth kit and other goodies. You are welcome to drop by and hang and talk shop and or turn some wrenches! I'll let you know if I remmeber! No date set yet. I'll also be at the autoX at devens on the 3rd with other guy so you can come hang or ride shotgun.

Personally I would like a closer nit group of enthusiasts works on cars together modding etc. I has the space.

But seriously, watch out for Bo and Z.
