Repaint or cover it with CF splitter?

Would it be an overkill to install both a CF splitter and kercher front lip to cover the damage ?

Same happened to me. Use touch up paint and clear.
Result is a bit crap but you don't see it unless you look close, maybe helps that my car is black and that part is never hit directly by sunlight.

Have considered CF splitters.

Still waiting from Bimmian.com to deliver the CF splitter...will post once it's installed...but this is what I've ordered from them.
