Wheel spacer size?

Need some help choosing wheel spacers for my E93 with Style 230 wheels. Thinking of going with 10mm in the front and 15mm in the rear. I'm on stock suspension. Do i need the extended bolts?

I would stay away from 10mm spacers & use 12 for the fronts.

10mm spacers are known for bottoming out on hub lip before they bottom on hub face - which is bad. Different on every car due to mfg. tolerances.

Only 10mm spacers I would consider would be from Turner MS as they design them differently - even then I would double check

thanks for the info, how about the extended lug nuts? Are they necessary?

BMS spacers a good choice?

You're going to need the extended bolts.

As stated above, you will need appropriate length extended lugs for size spacers you are buying.

Don't know design of BMS off hand, but one thing to look for is a spacer that has slots milled into face that goes against brake hub - makes it very ez to pry spacers off by inserting screwdriver in slot & pry. An example would be the spacers sold by Turner Motorsports

If no slots they usually have a chamfer, which doesn't help pry them off at all - you'll prolly end up having to hammer a screwdriver at the interface between spacer & brake rotor to get them off - which can mar either the spacer face or brake rotor face

Another good idea is to apply a slight amount of anti-seize to the hub that the spacer slides over ONLY - do NOT apply anti-sieze to the brake rotor face or spacer face that go to each other. Then also apply a slight amount to inside of wheel centering hole where it slides over the spacer lip - again, no coating between spacer and wheel face...
