Hey I Lost my front driver tire a nale hs when through it how much is a new tire The dealer said Run flat have to be replaced btw 18" 162 wheels

Holy cow ...... $350 to fix a flat tire?

Did your tire deflate all the way or was it a slow leak, if slow leak then keep it inflated and bring it to good tire store, they may be able to repair it for ~$25. Make sure they inspect sidewalls for cracks.
Some folk also recommend plug AND patch repair.

so you cant buy the OEM bridgestones when you damage your tires? its going to be a different brand?
