Boost Solenoid Issues - help anyone?

So I just installed new boost solenoids today but whenever I plug in the solenoids the car makes no boosf I used another pair of solenoids and still the same problem, however whenever I bypass the boost solenoids using the vacuum line the car does make boost but gives an overboost code in higher rpms... Does anyone have any tips or has anyone every experienced this?

Don't bypass the solenoids, very bad, it's like running clamped wastegates, no boost control just 100% max turbo all the time, that's why your overboosing like crazy. As far as why your new solenoids don't work, not sure without more info.

are you sure you connected the vacuum lines properly? Even one solenoid connected properly will make boost.

Yes everything is connected perfectly still no result only boosts when the solenoid is bypassed

Makes no boost when connected to solenoids (tried testing with old solenoids and new solenoids) however when the solenoids are bypassed the car makes boost in low rpm but overboosts in high rpm and throws a half engine light

I had some ecu trouble a week prior due to improper jb4 install ever since then I've noticed whenever I lock the car the waterpump primes/cycles for 5-10 minutes
