Yea I haven't opened "Tess" up yet (thats' what my cousin and wife named the car)...but I'm dying to do so- I did get her up to about 90 on the highway though...

I took her for a spirited lunch today. I punched it a little more than I have, did some cornering and topped it out at a little over 110. It is a thing of beauty.

Now that I have that out of my system and I know she can do it, I can quietly smirk at the guy next to me who thinks his 350z or Mustang has something on me. I won't feel the urge to show him.

...Now back to the regularly scheduled break-in period.

I got my wheels put on today and got my short shift kit installed. I have a guy inside of the dealership that will now work on my car. No more dealer pricing for installs. He charged me $60 to install my short shift kit. I gave $80. The short shift kit is amazing. Its so worth it.

I had a 350Z challenge me on the West Side Highway in Manhattan this past Saturday- I didn't rise to the challenge but yea it's good to know that if I would have raced him he would have had nothing on me....
