Best place for tuning advice is going to be BMS' support forum. You might be happier with the E series ISO firmware. Details on that are posted over there.

In any event I'd stay on map 1 until you can mix in some E85.

There are some specific setting directions too. If you need support you'd ask in the n54tech thread.

Put it on map5 and leave it alone. Map5 will adapt to the weather conditions, octane of your gas, etc.
