N55 6mt break in period?

Hey guys. Whoever owned my 335 before me blew the synchros, so i had a new tranny installed. I just got the car back today, but my SA was away from his desk, so i didn't have a chance to ask him about the transmission break in period? Does anybody know how long it is and some of the things i should or shouldn't do during the break in?

I'm not a mechanic. However, I'd say the best way to break it in is to just be gentle for the first few thousand miles.
