Anybody used a 1M map on 335i?
As per subject, I was wondering if anybody had used a 1M map on a 335i? Is this possible, I guess it would have meant copying parameters over onto a 335i BIN.
I was just thinking it must be a very smooth and safe 360bhp map if bmw themselves made it ? Sorry if this is a stupid question, did a search and couldn't find anything.

It would be 335 horsepower and the bmw PPK tune should be similar
I'm sure wedge or buraq would have an even smoother tune since they are not limited like bmw would be |

PPK/335IS/1M tunes all look the same in terms of the tables used for tuning. The only differences are vehicle, transmission and region specific stuff.
PPK for your car with the power level coding check disabled is the way to do it. If you have downpipes, disable the cat conversion codes and knock 4% off the WGDC base and WGDC Base (Spool) tables. There is really no harm in pushing things a bit further though. |
