Question Understanding INPA Read Error Memory Format

So, a bit of a basic question I guess. I have been using INPA to read stored errors from the MSD80 module in my 2007 335xi and for the most part I understand how it works. You get a Hex error code, look it up or "Google it" and you know what you need to focus on; unless you read German and know what the error means in the first place.

My question focus on the information to the left of the hex message

For example in the image below:

What does: "Error: 4(10) No.: 12528 mean?

Are the error numbers sequential suggesting that at 160176 km this car had 12,528 errors? This doesn't make sense as an error at 163768 km had an error No of 10882.

Anyway, any help interpreting this would be appreciated.

Thanks-Anthony
