Front passenger door won't unlock

Just started yesterday. The keyfob unlocks all the other doors, and the console button unlocks all other doors, the only one that doesn't unlock is the front passenger door. I can manually open it from the inside. Is this as simple as a blown fuse or something much more expensive?

Edit: The front passenger door can lock correctly with the keyfob and central button. It just won't unlock unless I use the handle.

Looks like burnt motor in the door lock actuator. Fairly common issue.

Make sure it isn't the fuse for the door lock ($5 fix). If its the actuator, its about $150 plus a few hrs of fixing.

That's kind of what I figured. I already tried replacing fuses 56 and 57. Is the actuator really $150? It seems to be so on getbmwparts.com, but I think I found it OEM for $44 from BMW on amazon by typing in the same part number into amazon I found on getbmwparts. Please be the right part!

They sell a kit of both left/right for about $100. That's what I got and replaced both even though only one was broken. Look for the part number in below thread.
