Accessport Not able to Flash? Need Help

Has anyone received a message on their AP3 that says the ECU cant be flashed due to a BMW update? I have had the AP installed for over a year. Uninstalled it last week to take it into the shop, and just tried to install it again. It is giving me the attached code. I am wondering if BMW re-flashed my ECU?

If so, what can I do to fix this? Car is feeling so much slower now, craving that extra boost!

Thanks for the help!

Did you take it into the stealership? Maybe they updated your DME, so now its incompatible.

Yeah, took it to the stealership about a week ago. What can I do to make it compatible? Or am I SOL?

Winkfp expert mode. I got screwed last week. Finally fixed mine today. Went from 98g1b back to 98g0b.

A few people on forums can do it. Nate16 and Alex from alpine. Nate did mine today though.

I will be releasing the method to downgrade the DME tomorrow in the coding section! Just didn't have time to type up a tutorial today!

Looking forward to that walk through. Is it pretty straight forward?

If not, what other options do I have? How can I get the AP back onto my car?

Thanks for the help!

Thats really the only option.

1. Downgrade
2. Wait for cobbs final update
3. Switch to jb4
4. Wait for mhd
