Parking Eye
Evening all,
Has anyone had any dealing with Parking Eye ? Just got home after a long day and found 2 letters from them asking £60 each time which reminded me that few weeks ago I went to see a friend twice who was staying in hotel and that's what the parking charge is for. Now I've not had any such notices of parking before so really in the dark and don't know where to go from here. Any advice will be much appreciated. |

As mentioned in the other thread, Pepipoo is what you want.
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60 They have got me out of private parking charges and council tickets. Scan the letters in, redact personal info like reg, address, ticket number and post it on the forum. The guys on there will tear it apart. As long as you play their game and follow the appeal procedure, you'll most likely get out of it. |

Had plenty of dealings with private parking companies including Parking eye very recently
regardless of the twaddle they spew out about some obscure part of the law changing recently, you still just ignore them and they give up after a while |

You may have gotten away with it sure, but that doesn't mean everyone else will. There is a real risk of dealing with courts with Parking Eye.
676 court hearings this year so far. 1318 last year. Recent enough? The chances are low, but still possible and not something I would risk for the sake of playing along. http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/ParkingEye.html |
