E60 Bluetooth Enabling process via code

Hi
From my car (2004 545i) VIN these feature it has:
605* TELEMATIC PREPARATION*
639* COMPLETE PREP. CELLULAR PHONE USA/CDN*

When I go to CCC info screen it state to contact BMW dealer to enable service.
Every now and then the signal goes bep bep...
I would like to use NCExpert to enable Bluetooth.
Could it be possible for someone to give me step by step to enable it, if possible.
