For sale is my custom Mr. 5 style intake system with custom machined 6061 aluminum flanges. I no longer race and my 335 has become my daily commuter.... so a drop in filter in the stock box does the trick.

This intake is awesome. Check out my build thread for more details:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=535820

I ended up creating a short path pipe (shown) to use in the winter to prevent the cone filter from getting nasty, and since misplaced the longer run. Any reinforced 3" flex hose will get the job done if you want it to be a cold air run again.

The lower filter adapter includes features for mounting to a custom bracket if you so choose.

Price includes everything in the pictures, shipped to the lower 48 states. I would also consider a trade for another type of intake + cash.

This is by far the most robust variant of the mr.5 style intake with custom flanges that will outlast the rest of the plastic under your hood!

I will accept offers. This has custom machined aluminum flanges... You won't find others with this quality.

For that you can almost get a used Dinan intake that looks a whole heck of a lot better than the stock airbox and performs the same as yours and is well put together

Nice build quality here. Did you notice a pretty big difference in sound?
