Bluetooth Call Waiting

I have a Cingular Motorolla Razr paired up to my 2006 330i with I Drive. The phone pairs up and all works very good including the voice recognition. My only problem is that while I am in the middle of a call and I have another call come in (Call Waiting) and do not answer the new call I end up losing my current call. Again I ignore the call waiting call (do not touch anything) and my current call gets disconnected. Has anybody else experienced this problem?

I've heard of this issue before. I haven't had it come up yet in my car.
