My car has 2 fault codes that won't clear. Is that normal sometimes? Clueless

P1776 Ignition Retard Request Duration Fault
P1777 Ignition Retard Request Circuit Fault

These won't go away. I have a cheapo obdii scanner which says it has cleared them but never does? Does the car have to be running or at least key in ignition?

N52. Car performs great. Have a inactive tpms light on but that's all. What do you think?

This suggests the TPMS/Wheel speed sensor could be an issue but it doesn't make sense from the description.

Can you scan with INPA/Rheingold as I'm assuming they're codes from a generic fault reader?

The 3rd digit (1st being P) being 7 indicates transmission related code.
