I had a busted fog light in the first week of owning the car. The fog light that broke was glass, the part my dealer sold as a replacement was plastic.

When you buy the new part, you'll see that it has 3 holes in it for mounting to the back side of the bumper. It will be difficult to know what you're doing without seeing your hands, but it's not too hard.

Hi all
Ive just had the foglight change and i can tell u looking through the glass observation window they had to take the wheel off.I asked the tech guy is that necessary and he said no but protocol and BMW say its easier...i said does it pop off, his reply was it pops out when released from the inside,so basically u have to have small hands and tilt the steering to the right in my case(pax side busted) to access this,and it had H11 55w bulb in it contry to usa which have and will take a H8.
