Right Rear Tail Light Error

I just took delivery of a 2010 335i M sport I purchased from the Miami area, only has 40k on it. Upon coming off the truck, the battery was dead and needed a quick jump, but ever since it has started up without any issues. I noticed only on my driver's side window that the auto up feature stopped working which I assume has to do with the battery dying. Anyways, I then noticed that when I put on my right turn signal, it would blink really fast as if a bulb was out. The front and side markers are working, but the right rear turn signal LEDs are dim and the 3 furthest to the outside are completely out. With the hazards on, they blink at the same rate, however the LED's remain dim and some out. I've tried checking the wire harness, no frayed or cut wires. Also contact on the bulb carrier seems ok. On the dash I was getting CC-ID 125. Could this be the issue I'm finding regarding the corrosion with the tail lights? I noticed on other threads that ECS sells the repair kit which includes two new assemblies. Anybody have a similar experience and will the repair kit fix this problem?

Here is a Video of the Lights

You'll need to replace the tail light to fix it. The repair kit (which includes two new outer tail lights as you already saw) is exactly what you need.

Yes. Turn signal was blinking really fast and dim. All you need to do is remove the 2 plastic screws in the liner for easier access, 5mm socket to remove the 3 nuts, used the original bulb carrier, and that's about it. Most likely the other side will fail, so it worked out for me since it was cheaper than buying just the right side only.
