So theirs a few spots on my car that I need to be touched up and a few big spots on the back and front. I think i have the exact color paint for my car but my clear coat that came with it is dried out. Their both from BMW and was in the dash when I got the car....I tried to put a little on one of the spots and the paint is a lot darker than the original paint. Here's a pic if you can see it the pic sucks ass





Idk if the paints old or if it's not using the clear coat. Here's the pic is the BMW paint that came with my car

Yeah you need the clear coat. When you first apply it, it will look darker. Once it dries and you apply the clear coat it will look the same.Just go to the dealer and buy it. It's not expensive.
