cough drop help

ive been coming off a cold since saturday, but i still have this somewhat nasty cough. well, its more annoying than anything. i was wondering if you guys knew of any cough drops / over-the-counter medicines that eliminate the majority of coughs. thanks in advance

lol, well ive tried hauls and cough syrup and all the 'well known' brands of cough suppressants but they dont seem to work for longer than a few minutes. i was wondering if anyone knew of any lesser-known but effective solutions. thanks for your awesome imput though

get some tylenol cough syrup...works really well and will put you to sleep
