Raced an Alfa Romeo 4C

I was in Mexico last weekend and had a brand new Alfa Romeo 4C riding my bumper. We both turned left at a stop light and he came up next to me. We both floored it and I took him by about a car length and I was slowly pulling away. He probably underestimated my car because it's an older bimmer and looks completely stock from the outside. The best part is that I was running straight 93 octane with no e85. With e85, it wouldn't have been close at all. I still think the 4C looked and sounded beautiful with its exhaust/DCT set up but it wasn't as fast as I expected.

Glad to hear it! Most of them under estimate us BMW folk. Good thing it wasn't an EVO. I learned my lesson pretty quick!

Ya these cars are sleepers when modded. I wouldn't mess with modded EVOs or STIs.

Nice! Have you been to the strip yet? I raced two Charger scat packs last week in Mexico too. 40-100 roll, I had them both by 2 car lengths on map 5, 93 only.

I try! No one around my town (in Mexico) ever wants to. The only people with cool cars here are are these damn entitled College kids driving Miss Daisy in Lambo's and shit.

I have the same issue

I did run a new mustang GT with temp tags in Mexico a few weeks ago. It didn't go so well for him.

His wife/gf was laughing at the next traffic light and he wouldn't look at me.

JB, with Steve and his Fuel-It mods I feel that I am in capable hands. We are currently dialing in my PI. Mustangs of all stripes in DFW beware.
