Talking DP in the state of Md. Issues? Fixes?

Getting ready to have custom exhaust built and DP added on. Anyone in Md. have any experience with Emissions testing? If so, what do I do when I my number comes up? Should I keep my OE exhaust system and slap it back on or not necessary. I thought there might be a DP "FIX". Also, I do have JB4 as well. help me, help me....

Does Cobb have "auto-clear"? I believe JB4 does but I wonder if that actually helps. Probably just for reading codes I suppose....

What set up (mods) do you have? Gas?

I'm kittyless and have jb4. Passed emissions recently. There was a fix made by a company but it won't let me post their name on the forum. If you want, pm me your email or # and I'll send you the link

I believe my readiness is just forced. I'm protuned so I'm sure my tuner did what needed to be done.

I was tuned on a dyno using Cobb, I know you can have one monitor off in MD and you will still pass. As far as the DP fix, I thought it didn't work for the N55 but I could be wrong.

Doesn't Maryland put a sniffer in the rear exhaust to see if it is emitting too much emissions? My brother who went in for testing last month said they did it. If not, I'll be interested in the o2 fix and downpipe as the Cobb isn't compatible with my ROM version right now.

No sniffer. I believe they have an actual unmanned KIOSK! I know, right? You type in your info, door opens, take it out and plug it in to the ECU port (??) where the hood latch is located. Wait a minute, unplug it, put it back in their machine and tells you your results. Today, I am going in for a custom exhaust and DP install and I picked up an o2 sensor connector thingy at advance auto which the says it's 50/50 however I might get the real deal o2 simulator on Amazon. I will PM you this information. It apparently works like a charm from others who given this info. to me.
